HIIT FUSION

Yoga Sculpt is a 45 minute yoga class fusing weight lifting and vinyasa sequencing. Adding free weights (and more!) to a strong flow,this class is designed to challenge our yogis and build strength physically and mentally. This class doesn't consist of barre movements/pulses, but rather a strengthening vinyasa class with weights.

BODY SCULPT

Body Sculpt is a 45-minute choreographed fusion Full body fitness class. Expect barre, cardio, yoga, pilates, and traditional strength training elements. Each class is different.

Yoga Sculpt

Our High Energy option class. Expect high intensity intervals of strength and cardio with a ratio of 1 to .5. (example 1 minute of work to 30 seconds of rest).

Restore

Our relaxing restorative yoga class. Expect a mixture of yin, restorative, meditation, and lots of props.

The goal of this class is to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system - or your rest and digest - so that you can settle, find the peace behind all that mental chatter, and clear some space. You'll leave feeling physically and energetically restored.

Pilates Fusion

A modern pilates flow class. Expect light or no weight, with an extra focus on core and slow controlled movements. Each class designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance the mind body connection.

Forte Flow

The word "forte" comes from the French word fort, which means "strong”. Our Strong Flow class is a heat building vinyasa yoga class.
